AcuDC 240 Series

The AcuDC 240 is a DC power and energy meter designed to monitor and control DC systems and measure a wide range of parameters such as voltage, current, power and energy. The AcuDC supports bi-directional current measurement making it an exceptional tool for monitoring solar PV and wind turbine power generation as well as other DC metering applications such as transportation systems, cellular communication towers, power distribution systems, and IT networks. It can also be equipped with digital inputs for switch monitoring, relay outputs for remote control, and an over-range alarming feature for voltage and current.

AcuDC 240 Overview

Select a Voltage Rating

The AcuDC 240 DC energy meter can operate on a range of voltage services to accommodate a variety of applications. Choose from five voltage rating options, up to 1000Vdc, to match your unique project requirements.

Choose a Current Input

The AcuDC DC meter is compatible with a variety of current sensor options including DC shunts, current Hall effect sensors, and voltage Hall effect sensors. Select a current input option to accommodate your sensor of choice.

Choose a Power Supply

The AcuDC is available with two power supply options: P1 is compatible with 100-240Vac or 100-300Vdc and is ideal for most metering applications. The P2 option is compatible with 20-60Vdc.

Select an I/O

Option Optional, plug-in digital input, digital output, analog input, analog output, and relay output expansion modules combine various functionality and are available for the AcuDC DC meter. Some modules are also available with a Hall effect sensor power supply.

Choose a Communication

Option View a range of real-time values on the backlid LCD or opt to add Modbus protocol with a built-in RS485 port for easy data transfer between the meter and SCADA or PLC systems.

Choose a Data Logging

Option Capture critical data by adding 4MB of onboard data logging functionality and see a historical record of all DC metering parameters useful for in-depth analysis.

Choose Optional Accessories

The AcuDC 240 is ready to adapt to your installation: Customize your meter with helpful accessories such as a DIN rail adapter for easy mounting or a USB Converter for convenient communications. Enclose your DC meter in a pre-wired, pre-configured AcuPanel 9104X-DC for fast, error-free installation. Each accessory is specifically designed for the AcuDC DC meter.
